1965 Cutlass and VC parts

Time to start loosening my grip on parts I likely won't use.
If anyone wants to see pictures of something specific let me know and I will send 'em.

Here goes:

set of 5 14" steel wheels, blasted, powder coated black minor pitting. 2x6" , 3x5" $20.00 each
pair of 2 dr ht doors, c/w glass, internals and vent windows. appear to be clean but don't know whats under the paint. Closer inspection shows some filler in the passenger door. They are not rotten at the bottom. $120.00 each minus outside trim
2 sets of 4dr / wagon front doors. 1 set blasted, minor repairs made early on. 1 set has minor rust along the bottom $50.00
1 set Vista Cruiser rear doors, blasted, minor rust at the bottom. $50.00
Complete 2 dr ht interior, Sterling Blue (apparently a rare colour) bucket seats in good shape, no tears. $300.00 for pair **SOLD**
Rear seat decent, $80.00 door cards a little warped (probably not useable), rear arm rest area vinyl cracked and peeling. **SOLD**
1 restoreable console with factory tach, blue. $50.00 **SOLD**
Complete set of side trim. Useable but has a fair amount of pitting. Will likely need restoring for anything better than a driver. 60.00 for the set ** SOLD**
Complete set of 'excellent' optional belt line trim $60.00 for the set
2 hoods, one with long spear, blasted, excellent shape with one tiny hole in the front lip. $150.00 Second one short spear, blasted, a lot rustier with a silver dollar sized hole in the front lip and other thin spots. $50.00
2 sets of fenders, blasted, first set excellent with only minor dings and (from what I remember) virtually rust free. $150.00 for the pair. Second set, passenger side really rough - banged up and repaired long ago. Might be able to use patch pieces from it. Driver's side decent with a little rust and dings. $100.00 for the pair or $80.00 for the good one.
1 Column shift steering assembly, black, needs resto. $30.00 **SOLD** to my good friend Dave....
Wagon bench seats, rear is 60/40 split fold with mechanisms. Vinyl is old and brittle. $100.00 for both
Complete set of driver quality Vista Cruiser glass with all the stainless trim. $500.00 ** SOLD**
Split folding front bench from a '67 coupe, black. Decent shape, seat vinyl has rips. $ 50.00
2 sets of blasted inners - battery tray area weak on both but one is useable. a couple of square bolts missing
2 front vent cowls, excellent shape
2 grille assemblies, one in excellent driver quality shape, $80.00 the other has a dent/crack in the main center bar $40.00
1 front bumper core for rechroming $60.00 **SOLD**
Complete Vista Cruiser rolling chassis **SOLD** w/ 10 bolt posi **SOLD**, 2sp trans and 330 2 barrel.

There is a ton of little stuff like headlight buckets, stainless headlight surrounds etc. that I have handy too. I can't remember all of it but ask - I might have it.

Make me an offer - I will probably take it!

Thanks!

I've had the wheels powder coated black.
The belt line trim comes down from 'mint' to 'great' since my son piled some tools on them and bent a rear quarter piece near the tip....

D.S. brow trim

Justin,

I found one but it's pretty beaten up. Probably too knackered to use. I know I have a second set someplace.....

Solo,
You should put a picture of the center section for that Vista rear end on the thread here (or somewhere) and see if anyone can identify it. Don't believe I've ever seen one like it. Enquiring minds need to know !!!

belt line trim update

OK, I have to change 'mint' to 'great' for the belt line trim - my son piled some tools on the pieces and bent one of the rear quarter sections near the tip and put a small ding in another. I have pictures of the trim. They are for a 2dr coupe. You can see the bend in one pic, the dings in another. I didn't pull the parts off the doors yet.

The difference in wagon bumper is its not cut for the fuel filler neck . you could cut and modify , but high chance to start rust and most likely not a good cut . up side would be that the license plate would hide it

I wonder if he means the front bumper. I didn't see a rear bumper listed. Fronts would be the same (I think).

Hey Stan,
Negateeve on a rear bumper, only a front. Talk to my good friend Honest Dave - I know he has one left over from stripping down the blue coupe. I'm pretty sure he still has it.

Message to Stan,
I've got two spare rears. One has lots of surface rust, but is fairly straight. The other has almost no rust, but lots more bends and dents to be removed. Both are fixable if your friend has deep pockets. I was just saving them until I decide what to do with the 442, but it's not a huge thing, really. The bumper on your sedan might be better, but you're welcome to one of my spares if you want. Just let me know and I'll drop one off.

They likely are. I think at the time you said your buddy needed a good core, somewhat straight and rust free, but maybe exfoliating (plant languige). One with the chrome peeling off would be perfect, just dip and hang. These would both require 'moocho deenaro' to breathe life into.

Hey Solo, I'm kind of curious myself. What rims came off the Vista? Do you remember, or has it been too many moons.

Probably the 14 x 6 rims were off the Vista. I think wagons often had wider rims. The 14 x 5 rims were maybe from an f-85 or something. I don't actually NEED any just now, but enquiring minds like to know what's available at Honest Solo's Bargain Basement !!

Hello.

Do you have a floor shifter, and possibly the brackets & linkage? Also, a floor shift steering column?

Thanks,
Anthony
