Oldsmobile dealer accessory remote control mirror, part # 989177. I think this was a newer car take-off. The mirror head was damaged and will not hold any position. This is the pressed in style mirror head. It needs removed and a new head installed. There was no damage to the chrome mirror itself. There is one small scratched spot on the mirror base.
