Are the wheels off of a disc brake car or drum brake car? What is the two letter code by the valve stem?

they came off the car pictured which has the large 4 piston caliper disc brakes in front and drum in back

i believe the code is FL or EL

i also have brand new 1 piece rotors that i bought that do not work with the 4 piston calipers .. they were special order and i cant return them

code was HB on the rims off the car and EL on the spare
