Does anyone know if a 14 inch dog dish hubcap for a 63 olds fit on a 15 inch rim. It seems like it should fit but has anyone tried it?

Measure across the diameter inside the back of the cap. I believe most of mine are 10.25" or so and they fit most 15" wheels I have tried them on.

Yes it will, I have a 63 dynamic 88 and it has 15 in wheels. I'm not sure what they are from, but I'm sure they probably came from a late fifties or early 60's GM car . The 63-64 dog dish hubcaps that I found on e-bay fit perfectly.

Thanks guys. I thought they might fit. Now I just have to think if I want to get some and put them on the Starfire, just to have a different look every once in a while. I'm sure Starfire's didn't come with them, but I like the different look.

No, Ninety Eights and Starfires came with the base full wheel covers, but
if you could find some nice period chrome reverse wheels those dogbowls would look killer on a Starfire.

Trouble is most modern production chrome reverse are not set up for vintage dogbowls. The retainer lugs are on the inside of the spider and not outside like older caps require.
