Hello All
Housing and backing plates with 12 bolt covers both included orange painted with drain plug , bolt at on housing at 5 o'clock position needs to be drilled out the housing has pitting store under tarp
I also have 2 - 31 spline OEM axles with with long studs, not sure of the 31 spline axles will fit in the housing
see pics I am not building any rear ends in the near future

I don't see any indication that the bearing caps were marked to indicate which side they came off of. They are not interchangeable.

The HD 31 spline axle shafts fit the 67-69 housing that are made for the sealed bearing and the oil seal pressed into the tube. They will not fit in the 70 housing that is made for the open bearing and seal pressed onto the shaft.
