Hi!

Every now and then i see color code charts for my 1956 Olds for sale at E-bay. But there are a lot more colors in the charts than listed in my sercice manual. Why? is this colors the "original" or did the extra colors in the color charts appear later in the year?

As far as i know, the 21 colors in the service manual is the same colors appearing in broschures, catalogs, posters and so on, i have never seen a factory made broschure in any than the colors in the manual.

So what is the "original" colors?
