Steering column color from black to blue

Hello, I am in the process of changing the interior of my 1966 Cutlass 442 from black to blue, the exterior will be Lucerne Mist. I want to recast my steering wheel and paint the steering column and metal dash area blue also. Is there a chart out there that I can get the correct blue?

Most of the OEM paint suppliers showed interior color paint codes on the back side of their paint chip sheets. PPG/Ditzler, R-M, all did.

Now, whether they still have those color formulas 50 years down the road, I couldn't tell you.

The Product Information Manual (aka Assembly Manual) for 1966 has the interior paint codes and where each is used for each interior color.

TCP Global can mix paint in Lacquer , acrylic enamel , single stage , or basecoat / clearcoat for almost any American car .

My advice is clean clean and clean it again. Steering columns are notorious for ArmourAll. I guarantee your first coats will fisheye
