I have refinished all the suspension parts and frame with either paint or powder, but now i am unsure of what to do under the car. There is a ton of tubber undercoating and grease. How should i remove the grease and prep and paint the underbody?

Hey Chris, a couple years ago the TV show MuscleCar cleaned up the underbody of a Camaro they were restoring. Here's a link to what they did (skip to about 11:20 on the timeline):

Those guys used spray-on engine enamel on their underbody, but Eastwood sells a spray-on rubberized undercoating that you might also consider.

When my Cutlass was at the body shop they removed all that under-gunk with hand scrapers and wire wheels. It took a lot of time and elbow grease and left a big nasty mess on the floor, and they had the body on a rotisserie for easy access. We went with a custom finish - they sprayed the underbody with Line-X tinted to match the body paint color.

Just a couple ideas for you to consider.

I had rust free floors on a 71 I'm finishing up. someone though years ago decided to "freshin it up" with spray can undercoat. I used heat gun and scraper first. Then always use a wire knot wheel on a 4" grinder. Then I 80 grit da sanded the whole thing. etch primed, then satin black the whole thing and then duplicated the factory overspray patterns.
