I don't know if anyone will know the color codes off the top of their head, but try these links:

72 Olds paint code #s

I posted info for someone last night doing a 72 Cutlass/442. I have an original paint chip sheet from 1972. There were 2 colors available for 72 Code #26 Viking Blue standard for intermediate bodies, and Code#24 for Nordic blue.

The Dupont Automotive 1972 refinsh colors guide lists colors as:

#26 Lucite Code# 5327L Centuri Code# 5372A Dulux Code# 5327D
#24 Lucite Code# 5295L Centuri Code# 5295A Dulux Code# 5295D

I don't know if these product still exist but this should help you for cross reference.

Hope this helps, Tony

Hey ,thats a cool site man! thanks,I'm a painter,I'll use it alot! Those codes were correct as well,so thank you too!The paint companies dont even make color charts anymore,so i'll see if i can get late model colors on there too.I love this site ,the people are so helpful, thanks again, later,BO
