Paint colors for '69 air deflector

Anyone know the proper color(s) for the air deflector used under the core support on '69 442's? This part is typically missing from most builds so it's hard to find the information.
My car has the original deflector and I repainted it sometime in the '80's. At the time, it looked like the inside (engine side) was black (may have been the plastic and not paint). The outside that faces the ground appeared to be argent silver so that's how I painted it.
I'm getting ready to spray the car and am going back over the details like this deflector. I'd like to be sure to get it right this time. Thanks in advance for any hard evidence (no opinions please) for both the inside and outside colors.

More correctly, it should be as-molded black plastic. It was not painted from the factory.
