Help identifying a 1969 blue color...

Trying to figure out if this is a 1969 correct color and if so what it’s called? Don’t have access to cowl tag. Thanks.

As noted, this is code 51 in the 69 Olds color pallette. And since the SS wheels are body color matched, they are SSIII.
