I diasassembled my taillights from the housings and cleaned them, the inside was painted white , which I will repainy. Does anyone know what the colour was of the outside of the housing , should it be left naturel.

Every one I've seen is natural

 

black semi-gloss on the aft exposed surfaces of course.

The exact semi-ness percentage I know not.

 

Chris is right about the outside section. I guess I assumed you were talking about the inside housing since that's the one that the interior is painted white on.
