I want to refinish my grille. Any suggestions on the color? I wanted to use a spray can if possible.

 

Krylon dull aluminum seems to be the best commercially available match.

 

Back in college (early '80s), the first cosmetic mod I did to my car was to black-out the sides of the grill slats, leaving the front tips the base light gray. It was pretty easy to do, and I think this enhances the vertical slats' appearance in a subtle way.
