1968 Red formula question

My 1968 Cutlass was repainted red from silver green back in 1990, previous owner has no recollection of the paint code used. I had it color matched (fancy paint matching gun thing), and it came up with a PPG 907641. Its a tiny bit more red than what's on the car - I bought a quart of paint and am blending in some areas that need attention. I'm wondering how this formula compares to Scarlet formula, as this is an industrial paint color.
Apparently only paint shops are allowed to know the actual paint formulas.???

My shop shot four samples on the underside of my decklid until they had a very good match. This is what they ended up with. If you have any other questions please shoot me a PM. My color may be slightly brighter than the original but I've been side by side with a few other 68 Scarlet 442's and they are all damn close. Don't look at the dried paint on the label. It looks NOTHING like the color on the car

Flame red is the same formula as Scarlet. I'm trying to match whatever I have to the paint I just had mixed, which crosses over to 70001. I'm looking for the formula - how much of which colorants - were added to make the two colors so I can compare. Hopefully someone who has a paint shop checks this forum and has the time to share this info?
When it comes down to brass tacks, the paint on my car is literally "fire engine red." Blue Bird Bus Chassis Red is the code we ended up with via the scan.
