'69 Hurst/Olds Firefrost formula

Back in June it was noted that some of the colors required in making the correct 'Firefrost Gold' were dropped by Dupont: https://classicoldsmobile.com/forums...r-no-more.html
It was stated that PPG may have a suitable substitute. My friend is getting ready to paint the Gold on his H/O and was wondering if there are any known formulas that will work or should he just try to 'paint match' the Gold in the '455 H/O' hood scoop decals.

Thanks, that's the formula I have however several of the ingredients in that list are no longer available. We had a mix made up to match the hood decal and it looks really good. We'll see.

Mike if you would keep us posted, I have that formulae too, but if the ingredients? arent available will looke for good alternates, I am not doing a perfect clone, more of a tribute ( yes I know what's the difference but to me there is ) but would like the color as close as it can be, or a little less "greeny" if it was off some so I would love to see your results...

Have you ever had the hood scoop off? If not the original paint runs under the hood scoop. That's how mine was matched
