Power steering pump bracket

Okay guys and gals,
This is on a 403 olds,
my first question, I needed the lower power steering pump bracket, I went and got it from salvage yard today and grabbed the spacers off timing cover for the main one while I was there the main issue I just ran into the power steering pump dont have the stud on the back anymore like it’s sheered off at some point. Is there a place I can just grab this stud or even Home Depot with correct threads?

That stud has a hex in the middle and also is one of the seals preventing the reservoir from leaking. The stud is the same on every 1968-90 Olds PS pump on an Olds V8.
