Spacer for power steering pump bracket?

The assembly manual calls for a spacer (398917) to be used between the power steering bracket and engine block. This is on the lowest mount. My car didn't come with one, can anybody help me with the length dimension on this?

Thanks.

Be aware that there are TWO spacers between the PS pump bracket and the block. One goes over the lower stud on the front cover, the other goes between the bracket and the side of the block at the lower rear of the pump. Many folks lose these or forget to reinstall them when the pump is removed. The result is routine posts asking about belt misalignment and/or squealing.

I found a collar at Orchard Supply Hardware that was an almost perfect substitute for the lower rear spacer. I'm afraid I can't remember the part number or brand but it was in the drawers and bins containing odd-size and specialty fasteners and other hardware. It was just a bit too thick so I sanded it down, the other dimensions were spot on; only possible issue is it has a set screw, which you can either remove or loctite in place. I imagine most hardware stores have something similar.
