That Chunk weighs100lbs! I don't know how guys lift it laying on the floor under the car. A it has to be perfectly square with the housing to fit on the studs. My hat is off to you guys.

In WAY younger days I used to change those often on Ford 9 inch and Mopar 8 3/4 rears. After draining the fluid I would just pry and let it fall out on a pile of old carpet scraps. For the install I put a piece of plywood on my chest, muscled the chunk on top and bench pressed it into the housing. If I tried that today I'd be in the hospital for a week!
