Washer Fluid Reservoir

I have a new washer fluid reservoir to install and can't seem to figure out what type of fasteners were used to install it. It looks like the original was knocked out and broke through the inner fender plastic. Were these fastened with plastic trim like clips or nuts/bolts? The new one has tabs but needs to be drilled for the fastener and I'm want it to looks stock-ish...

Thanks
Tim

Well, I'm not sure exactly what to call them but they looked like a large sheet metal screw with a normal bolt head, I believe a 3/8" socket is what fits them. The head is under the inner fender on the tire side. Then it goes through the inner fender into the ear of the plastic washer reservoir. If that's still not clear let me know and I might be able to snap a picture of it.

Yes, so if you need to drill holes in the tabs be sure you don't make them too small or too big. Since you don't have the fasteners and live in Indiana you might check with Scott (oldspackrat) to see if he's got a broken one with good fasteners. Both he and Eric (jensenracing77) live in Indiana and have collections of spare parts.

Thanks again, I have already gotten some parts from Scott...so he and my checkbook already have a relationship..and its probably far from over.

Thanks for the quick reply, just the info I needed!
