The previous owner removed the entire heating/cooling system on my '69 cutless with a/c. I have the hoses that went on the controls, but they aren't on it and I don't know where they go. Can anyone help me with any pics or a diagram...even left to right. Whatever I can get would be great. Thanks

 

don't know about 1969 but www.wildaboutcars.com has the 1970 Assembly manual which shows the routing of the hoses with the color codes and everything. I had a similar situation. If the web site does not have this for 1969 then I would use 1970 as a guideline as they have to be very similar. Believe the diagram was in the section for the "front of the dash " good luck

 

Just look in your 1969 Chassis Service Manual.

Here is the chassis page that deals with this and I had made notes on this. Disregard the note about the "Tee" as that was for something else and would not apply to what you are doing. I hope you can read it.

x2 on www.wildaboutcars.com. There are some nice vacuum diagrams at Sec 1-5 starting at page 110 of the 1969 Cutlass Assembly Manual. There is also a witing harness diagram at Sec 12 pages 215, 230, & 316. It is not really helpful about wiring colors, but a lot of it can only fit one way if you are using a factory style wiring harness. I have some notes on wiring colors if you have specifi questions.
