gas tank vent lines?

I just woke up my 70 442 after it had been sitting for 2 years. It started right up and I changed the oil, checked fluids, etc. I probably put around 20 miles on it when I decided to fill up with fresh gas. When I got home I saw gasoline dripping from a line coming from the gas tank. There are 2 lines that come out of the gas tank on the passenger side that go to a plastic "splitter". One of these lines was broken off at this "splitter" and is leaking gas. I think these are vent lines. Where do I obtain one of these plastic splitters?
Thanks for your help

It's called a surge tank. I think somebody's reproducing them, but I can't remember who.

Somewhere, I've got the tech bulletin that explains why they used this arrangement. It has something to do with if the tank gets overfilled and one vent line gets full of fuel, it will overflow back into the tank thru the other vent instead of puking it out onto the ground like earlier cars would do, and still allow air into the tank preventing collapse. It was a fuel vapor emissions thing.

You can purchase a new repro "vent" from The Parts Place and probably a lot of other vendors. They run approx $25-$30. The two hoses running up to this vent should be held to the underside of the floor pan with a clip that looks like this....it's held in place with a screw.
