Free flowing 2.5" dual exhaust

I was wondering if installing a free flowing 2.5" dual exhaust on my 403 is a good choice? Im doing a rebuild on my sons car (male bonding thing) and he wants dual pipes. Any pros/cons I should think about?

Its a good choice. It will help wake up the 403. Bonus is it will sound great with the right mufflers
