B body rear doors

Not sure about the 77-79, but they definitely are NOT the same on the 1980-up cars. The wagons all use Chevy sheet metal from the firewall back. This is why the Custom Cruisers have unique front fenders. The Olds sedans have a feature line about 3" down from the beltline. The Chevy cars (and thus all the B-body wagons) do not.

Thanks Joe.
A friend of mine has bought a 1979 Custom Cruiser diesel (). It was cheap, but as you might expect, a bit rough. He tells me the engine is original with 95k miles on it.
Just a thought, would doors from a 1978 98 fit?.
Roger.

A Ninety Eight is a C-body and has longer rear doors than a B-body anyway.
