I'm looking for pics of the original position of the bumper jack handle brackets before I weld them down in the wrong position. Thank you in advance for any replies.

 

If your car had hub caps from the factory the jack handle was mounted in the rubber sleeve with the jack body. If it had SS I II wheels it mounted in two clips that were screwed into the back of the trunk on the passenger side. I believe there are 2 dimples in that area where the screws go. I'm sure someone can get pix if you need them.

 

I have a 1972 cutlass with original spare never been out . Will get by shop tomorrow and post pictures for you.
