I haven’t had this olds 98 that long it has been converted to r134a by the previous owner I tried out the ac and it doesn’t get cold I noticed the compressor not running so I charged the system w refrigerant and i checked the voltage at the wires to the compressor and I’m gettin like .2 volts. I checked the voltage at the cycle switch and I’m gettin like .5 bolts there
what could be causing this

 

Figured out the connections were super super dirty I’m getting the right voltage at the compressor now so I need a new compressor. I have a 85 delta 88 that still has the r 12 system. Could I take the compressor from the 88 and fill it w pag 150 and use it for r134a? Or does it need to be rebuilt
