Thats a tall deck truck engine, which should also have a steel crank,
Most have enough cylinder wall thickness to accept a .100 overbore & some are good for .125 over.
A good basis for a big cube budget engine.

I have read that this block was used in trucks , has FORGED Crankshaft and Beefy connecting rods..
Interesting that near the casting number on the back of the engine block it looks to also have casting mark "MARINE"

Correct, these blocks were used on both commercial trucks & marine applications.
They have a heavy piston with an extra oil ring & .4" taller deck height.
Some blocks also have more lower end clearance that will accommodate a 4.25" stroker crank without any additional clearance grinding.
I built these years ago, bored .100" over with 4.25" cranks for 505 CI.
This was the way to go before big bore factory/aftermarket blocks were readily available.
