This is a Dual Flow Adjustable PCV Valve from M/E Wagner. It is used to manage PCV on engines with cams that produce low vacuum. Here is a link to their website to learn more.
As you can see, all of the parts are there. The only part not sealed in its original bag is the “high vacuum spring” but it is included. I bought it to help tune my G block with a “Thumper Cam”. It was on my car for less than an hour and I used my own allen wrenches to adjust it. I installed a different cam with smoother idle and more vacuum for power brakes and no longer need it. This is a high quality part, made in USA that retails for $129. Before I put it on eBay, I’m going to offer to this group for $65 plus $10 shipping in a USPS small flat rate box. $75 total PayPal friends and family. Thanks for looking.
