Thumbs up 1979 Trans Am 10th Anniv Daytona Pace Car Survivor $16,500

1979 Pontiac Trans Am 10th Anniversary Edition Daytona 500 Pace Car replica. This car is an unrestored survivor showing just 74,300 miles. The 6.6 Litre 403 starts right up and runs and drives very well and is matching numbers. This car is authenticated by the build sheet and an "X" in the second digit of the VIN. All of the Anniversary Edition specific parts are there including one year only 15x8 Turbo wheels, mirrored T-Tops, silver leather interior (only 2nd gen F-Body made with leather) and red dash lights. These cars only came fully loaded, with four wheel disc, WS6 suspension and much more. Everything works except for the power antenna and the door locks. This car rolls on restored wheels shod with new BF Goodrich Radial TA's and has recent dual exhaust with stainless steel mufflers. The interior shows well with no rips in the seats but there is a crack in the dash board. It even has the original digital AM/FM 8-Track. The rockers, trunk jams, and areas below the T-Tops are clean and rot free Please note that this is a survivor rather than a restored car so it does show some chips & scratches that it has gotten over its 35 year life but they are only original once and overall it shows very well. It always elicits smiles and thumbs up where ever it goes. These cars are quickly appreciating and here is a chance to acquire one of the few survivors left. More pictures available on request.

My first car was a 1979 Trans Am. Loved that car. Black with blue bird and decals. Olds 403. Good luck with the sale.

It is an Olds. Its got a 403

We need to do some work on the house & I'd rather not finance it. I may be out of the game for a short while.
