Buddy of mine is looking at a 1967 Camaro with a 383 stroker, 5 speed 600KOT trans with 550Hp to the wheel and 625 torque. what you guys think it is worth?

Also said the guy put in about 40k with all receipts with the car for it as well. selling for 20k. that is all i know about the car and just trying to help a buddy out

Hard to say without seeing but if its not a rustbucket covered in Bondo its an easy 25K car.

 

not there to look at it, it is from illinois so rust could be an issue.

 

Has the car been advertised for sale or is this just something that someone said they would sell but it not advertised. If its been advertised for sell for any real period of time I would consider that a red flag. Even in our crappy economy clean 1st gen Camaros priced right do not stay for sale for long. If it was close to me I would consider buying it just to sit on until spring and make a few $$ on it.

 

my friend sold a 69 camaro with new cheap paint, no motor or trans for 18000 a year and a half ago, camaros are wanted and bring in big money, 20 sounds good for a stick!!
