Pontiac 400 Engine Turbine noise Video

Hey
I got a Strange Noise like a Turbine when Running the Engine hot.
I think some bearing issue with one pulley...

How do you suggest to identify from where it Origins.

Its because the Delta is screaming for an Olds engine...lol. Check the power steering pump alternator etc...unhook all the belts and turn it on for a minute see if its still there. If it is Id look at the trans.
What have you changed recently? Ive heard distributor rotors scrapping on the cap do this too.

As stated above, disconnect all the belts and see if its still there. Process of elimination.

Definitely sounds like a vacuum leak. Hook a vacuum gauge to it see what it reads. Do the plugs read lean?
