welcome to the site. no such thing as stupid questions. a buick will bolt to your trans, the motor mounts are different ,so get the frame mounts for the buick and they should bolt on the cutlass frame, exhaust is different, headers from a skylark of the same year should work, then just your little bugs like wire harness, which will have the same ,oil, water and alt set up but maybe different location. don't know if anyone on here has done this swap. but I'm sure its been done. where are you located?

You need 67GS 400 frame mounts and oil pan and exhaust manifolds or equivalent...
They are all special and expensive,,,the 67GS. Rubber mounts have been discontinued for decades and are rare and expensive..67 uses a specific exh manifold on one side too.. but all can be gotten around
T A performance makes special frame mounts that use the easy to get 68 and up style rubber mounts,,oil pans are easy too aftermarket..but 67 specific skylark manifolds are tuff to get and headers are very expensive..
It all adds up to big money...

I say put in a slightly upgraded 2004R with 2000+ stall, 3.55 or 3.73 posi and you will gain mileage and power off the line. Add a custom 76-80 800 cfm Qjet and bracket for the 2004R trans and have the best of both worlds. As Joe pointed out 1.76 first gear just blows.
