Ordered u-joints from Rock for car with Turbo-hydramatic. Assumed that is what a switch-pitch is. Went to install and found that my driveshaft has joints with nylon lock inserts. (Saginaw?)
One set of replacements has internal and external locks, one with only external locks. Obviously, these will not work in what I have.
The other joints listed at rock show internal locks. Are these the correct ones? They are listed for non turbo trans.
Anybody have a clue? Isn't the switch pitch a turbo-hydro?

Since no one wants to talk to me, I'll just talk to myself.(Not unusual for me)
I found the right u-joints.
PRECISION/MOOG Part # 534G
U Joint - Premium
Exc. Turbo Hydra-Matic A/T; Position: A1- At Transmission; A2- At Rear Axle
I thought Exc. meant excluding Turbo - hydra , and the switch pitch is a turbo hydra.
I also thought that was the only tranny in a 65 98
At least these fit.
