1964 Olds 98 Floor mats

It seems a replica is made only in black for 1964 Cutlass and 1965-1970 98,88 etc

Will this fit a 1964 98?

Or is there another source of replica mats?

When I owned a 64 Olds 98 I got lucky and found floor mats from a 64 Olds Dynamic 88 in the salvage yard. Of course, that was 20 years ago. I don't know of a source for reproduction floormats for your vehicle. You could always buy the floormats for a 65 - 70 88/98 and they would probably work ok.

I'm not sure if there are others on our site that have done this. If so, they can tell you how they would fit. Of course, the floor mats for our classic cars are a far cry from the formed floor mats that "click" in place in modern cars.

If you want to risk it and it fails, you can try to re-sell on here. Just post what you learn.

The floor mats fit except the passenger side floor where the mat would bend is a bit low. (in the middle where the floor curves up to under the dash in the valley of the floor.)

So if you push there with your feet the mat will bunch up some.

But it fits OK as long as a front passenger does not push there. With no passenger it looks the part.

The drivers side fits tight but fine and fits the floor too. The rears are fine too.

I have two full sized factory floor mats that I kept after I sold my 64 3819 in 2002. They are grey in color and in VGC. PM me and I'll send you photos and dimensions.

So where did you end up getting them from?
