The 12B means assembled the second week of December. Given that your car is a '62, this would be December 1961.
The 3839 is, I believe, the series and body style (it's the same as the first four digits of the VIN, I think).
From this we can tell that you have a Ninety-Eight Holiday Sports Sedan (4-door hardtop?)
Trim 375 means a red pattern cloth (called Moroceen) with red carpet and white headliner.
Paint L-C means is, I believe, "garnet mist" (kind of a dark red) main paint color (the L) with "provincial white" trim (the C). Does your car possibly have a primarily red body with a streak of white down each side?
BODY LA 4372 is the body sequence number at the Lansing assembly plant.
As far as the accessory codes, 493 = electric antenna and "bi-phonic" speaker system. 555 = white sidewall tires and air conditioning. 622 = electric 6-way seat.
