speedometer cable question

1966 olds 98 425
can some one post up pics of the speedometer cable routing and bracket connection points?
i unhooked my and cant figure out routing and where the bracket attaches

That's exactly what i needed thank you very much.
is there a link where i can find other info like this?
I downloaded a manual for the car but it did not contain this type of detail.

I think what he posted is from the 1966 factory assembly manual, not the chassis service manual. Having the assembly manual can be very handy as well.

Glad it helps. Yes - that is from the 1966 Assembly Manual... I would suggest joining WildAboutCars - the database there is extensive, especially for Oldsmobiles. Dave

Spend the money and BUY an original paper copy of a Chassis Service Manual for your car. Any downloads, electronic versions, or repros are simply scans of an original and detail is lost in the process. There are currently over a dozen originals on ebay with the lowest price currently under $20. Don't cheap out.
