waiting is very hard

imagine you buy such a car and have to wait about two months to see it the first time ....

whole family is waiting, wife visited an oldtimermeeting with me to be able to imagine what is coming next to our garage

daughter first asked if and when she will be allowed to drive that damn nice car

I am still doing some work to make my Olds streetlegal here in Europe, also some spots that need some sheet metal welded in.

No problem at all, but :

between L.A. and Harbour in Netherlands someone has stolen the original plate

So what I want to ask :

Is there a chance to buy such plates, are the plates offered in ebax.xom original ones ?

Example :

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Old-Collecti...item2ec5187b72

what I am looking for is same as this (has been on the car and was stolen)

Michigan 1953 - 1000 Lakes # 401 567

Yes, you can get originals. The example you show is not real. It is for a bicycle. Here's a nice pair. Not mine.

http://licenseplatesusa.com/Vintagea...nseplates.aspx I purchased Alaska plates from here a couple of years ago, fair price, though I don't know if they ship abroad.

Do not know ifj this link has already been provided, but here is a decent set of 1953 Minnesota license plates. Note it is a matched set, which is what the state issued in 1953.

That's a beautiful 98. I can't wait to get mine looking that good. Also a 53 98, but needing a bit more steel replaced, and lots of love.
