88 98?

88 98?

would headers that fit the 455 work in both the 88 and 98 for the 72 model yr, what is the difference in chassis on the front ends

In '72 they were already using front steer so you will not have any trouble clearing the steering box. Welcome to CO.

The only chassis difference between the Eighty Eight and the Ninety Eight is the wheel base, and that's all behind the front seat. No difference at all forward of the firewall.

I put this set of headers in my 71 98. They work great. I didn't have to modify these at all.

going with the pricy ones are we.......... i am looking at the basic ones from edlebrock. i am just a younger guy that loves the classy regal look of the 98 so 500 is more than i want to spend. thanks for you help, i will post pics soon of before, and then while we rebuilt it this winter
