79 Regency Brougham 2 Door- 1982 orig. miles
Does anyone have an idea of what the value of this car might be? It's tagged and inspected and everything works. Basically still new. Thinking about selling it.

Why? It's got less than 2000 miles. Do you really NEED pics?
Of course some things may have deteriorated from sitting, but those are likely difficult to see in photos. Have to check rubber parts, hoses, lines, etc. for dry rot and that sort of thing.
The Old Cars Price Guide lists the value of a '79 98 Regency 2-door in showroom condition at $5,200.

I was just responding to the OP's question about wanting to establish a value for it and a request to post pics. My contention is that you don't NEED pics to determine a car's value when a car has this few miles on and is described as basically like new. (I presume the owner is being honest here.)
What are pics going to tell you? Nothing. It's going to look like a new car. Anything wrong would be something you could determine only by close inspection under the hood and underneath the car.
Of course, if someone is interested in BUYING the car, that's different, and photos are, of course, appropriate. But that's not what the OP was asking. He says he's only thinking about selling it and wanted to establish a value.
