66 ninety eight transmission question?
i thought it was a 400 but not sure now. what other transmission could it be. i am sure it is original but the oil pan looks differant than a 400. i will have to jack it up and look closer.

Early 400 pans (and filters) are a little different. If original it is a Switch Pitch Turbo 400. Look for two sets of wires going to transmission from the trans control switch at back top of engine.
