You may want to consider dropping the pan and cleaning the plastic coating that used to be on the there from the oil pickup screen.

ready to get back on the road after a week in the shop

New timing gears & chain, New fuel pump, new water pump, new hoses & belts, New motor mounts, New oil & filter, New antifreeze & new gaskets. Pulled the oil pan and cleaned out. Final price was $1278.

absolutely had my mechanic do the work. I don't have the space, tools or time to get into doing a job like that.
