1965 ninety fenders & trim wanted
1965 ninety fenders & trim wanted
Hey folks, my project car is a '65 Ninety Eight Drop Top I brought up to New Jersey from Florida. At $1,800.00 it's a great starting point for something different. No rust (exceptfront driver lower fender) no dents, no roof! a Florida baked interior, and low resale value (for really nice ones) says I'm going to do this barge a bit differently. Long low flat cruise rod. Even though the body is pin straight, I've decided to go with a flattened finish. Interior will be redone original red. Anyone want to add their two cents about paint? Maybe airbrushed rivets along all the seams? Come on guys and girls, make this your car as well as mine. (If I did the John Lennon psychedelic Rolls Royce treatment, I don't care how old I am, I'll get pulled over at night!) I have two other cars I'm more "serious" about, a '71 Cutlass convertible and a '69 GS400 convertible. The '65 is going to sit in my driveway and more than likely become my driver. Spread the word and I'm all ears. Thanks Steve rockhouse49@hotmail.com
