one rare option for 64 that hasn't been mentioned is the wonderbar radio with the foot actuator to change the stations.it was mounted right next to the dimmer switch.and almost under the brake pedal.mine worked great.mine was an early build and had the 3 bar trim on the high beam headlights had the factory oldsmobile trunk mat and when i sold my starfire convertible in 92 it still had the chambered exhaust pipes.it had a very distinct sound.

 

One option that seems to be rare for all full-sized cars, not just the 1964 98's, is limited slip. Over the years I haven't seen too many cars (from all GM brands) with this option. It wasn't an expensive option like A/C. Depending the year, it was usually only 50-100 dollars. I do come across a car or two with it but they're few and far between.
