OK so got a whole bunch of parts for 250 I figured I couldn't beat the deal. A new wolverine performance can can with the parts I was told all these parts are for the 350 rocket motor can anyone give me a idea about this cam I've never messed with cams.
The 1966-1967 W-30 (all transmissions), the 1968 H/O, and 1968-1970 W-31 (all transmissions) used the 308/308 duration with 0.474/0.474 lift.
The 1968-1969 W-30 (all transmissions) and 1970 W-30 (manual trans) used the 328/328 cam.
The 1970 W-30 (AT) used the same 285/287 cam as every other AT 442 that year.
Cam profiles went downhill after 1970.
Note that aftermarket "replacement" cams MAY have different ramps on the cam lobes for faster opening and closing than stock. This was often done so the cams would comply with NHRA Stock class requirements while still providing more power. Unfortunately, this increased valvetrain acceleration can lead to premature failure over time.
That looks like a replacement automatic W30 cam. To use that in a 350 you have better have a good 10:1 compression or it won't have much down stairs.
It came with new .030 flat top pistons and some #8 heads that are supposed to be ported and fresh out of the shop. It also came with headers built transmission 2500 stall I was told the guy that had all the parts was trying to get around 500hp

He might have been trying but he wasn't going to get there with these parts.
