So, i recently bought a bare set of #5 heads off of ebay for what might have been a stupid price (im not really sure how much they go for). But anyways i took them to the machine shop to have larger valves put in, have them decked, and a little match porting. The only problem im running into is with the valves. Im just not exactly sure if they will work right considering they have different valve lengths. Any and all responses would be greatly appreciated.
Here are the vales ive decided on
Intake-5170 - O.E.M. style replacement intake valves 2.000" head diameter, 45° face, overall length 4.660". 307-455 Olds. Set of 8.

Exhaust-5190 - O.E.M. style replacement exhaust valves 1.625" head diameter, 45° face, overall length 4.690". 350-455 Olds. Set of 8.
