Cowl Tag

I am glad to be an Olds' owner (1967 Cutlass Supreme Convt. w/ 330ci.) and also apart of this community. As I begin my restoration, I would like to follow the factory appearance but am not sure of the details of my car.

Does anyone know what's my paint color, interior color (bucket or not), and assecories? I only know that I have blue interior, but what does the rest mean

Here's the breakdown of your trim tag as I can see:

11B = time build code = November (11), second week of the month (B), 1966.

ST 67 = style/model year = 1967

33867:
3 = GM division = Oldsmobile
38 = model series = Cutlass Supreme
67 = body type = convertible

LAN = assembly plant = Lansing MI

1759 BDY = Fisher Body number (no relation to the VIN at all)

TR 973B = interior color and front seat type = blue interior with bucket seats

L62B083 PAINT = ? (supposed to indicate lower and upper body colors)

TOP = 1: ? (suspect it means the convertible top color is white)

SY LX-120: ?

Hopefully, someone else more familiar with the '67 model year can fill in the blanks!

It might help to post a clear photo of the cowl tag, rather than transcribing what it says. It's easy to misread the characters.

L62B083 Paint = "Bimini blue metallic" (a Toronado ONLY color for '67)
5Y = deluxe seat belts
LX-120 = 120th special order paint vehicle (a-bodies or all at Lansing???)

"Bimini blue metallic" is paint code "F" - same color as Chevrolet's "marina blue metallic".

I own a '67 442 that's L62G052 = "emerald green metallic" & LX-146 (Toronado paint code "J")

Here's my car (3-spd manual trans 442) - needs a little work & another "Bimini blue metallic" convertible - this one's a 4-spd 442.
