New on the block 72" cutless conv.

Any suggestions on trunk lid cutless 72 conv.

The 70-72 Cutlass convertible uses the same trunk lid as the the four door. The hardtop Cutlass Supreme lid can be modified to work though. The top corners on the hardtop trunk are squared off and on the convertible the are more rounded. The hardtop lid will have to be trimmed and re-welded to fit.

Welcome. You'll have better luck if you search ebay for a cutlAss trunk lid. As noted the four door and convertible trunk lids are the same, which explains why there are WAAAAAY more "convertible" trunk lids for sale on ebay than hardtop trunk lids. 1970-72 all interchange. Repros are also available.

i have a 72 vert as well, i was able to get a trunk from a 4 door cutlass.
