Hello, I have been registered for a while...but lost the site. I don't remember posting, so here I go....
I am a long time Olds fan. I had several in the early 90's. I sold my last Olds in early '97. Fast forward to Aug '09....
I was able to buy may baby back, the exact '69 Cutlass that I sold in '97 that I had owned for 7 years. It is still a solid car, but the paint is terrible and has twelve years of rigging to fix. I haven't been able to do much with it, but this year I am determined to drive it ugly or not.
It hasn't been tagged since '98. The engine has 400 miles on it (performance build-350), but the intake is leaking.... so tonight I am going to hopefully fix the problem.
So, I am one of those lucky few that actually found the car I had when I was a kid. Lots of memories and hopefully It will be able to make more. This is a great site, thanks for letting me on!
