followed the directions i thought ,and still can,t post pics , i am trying to upload from my picture file ,and when i do it says please wait ,and nothing ever happens, helppp. will

 

I just had that problem with multiple uploads from my pc.
It worked fine when I did them one at a time.

 

I just use photobucket and insert image from there. Very easy to do.

 

If you are still having troubles let us know. We'll get someone to help you out.

When you reply make sure you are in “Advanced” If it says post a “Quick reply” hit “Advanced”

Scroll down below the box you type in and hit “ Manage Attachments” A new box will pop up.

Hit “Browse”

The hit “Upload” and wait a few secs for the pics to up load. Then close this box.
Next you can hit “Preview Post and your pictures should be there.

There is a size limit on pics

well got my picture titles to go to my profile section, but still no picture! i get as far as the upload part ,and it just stays on upload ,and tnats as far as it will go ,even if i wait 10 minutes, thanks for the help,will get it soon,

could it be that the pics are too big and thats why they won't load?

 

I was wondering the same thing. If it isn't that, it could be a browser restriction. Switch from your preferred browser, log in and try it that way.

 

i went to photo bucket and regstered on ther when i uploaded pics on ther the same way it took 30 minutes to upload , so i think i was clicking out before it ever uploaded,that seems very slow to me , so i am going to reboot my computer ,see if it will work faster, thank all for help ,appreciate it, will.

 

Sounds like your pictures were in high resolution. That means they could have been 2-4 Megs in size each and that just takes a lot of time to upload, even to photobucket, so restarting your PC is not the answer. Pics that size will simply not upload to CO. The CO site will only allow you to attach 97 kb files. (actually, I've been able to upload as high as 137 kb without much problem). If you want to upload from your "my pictures" file, you'll have to resize the picture for web based viewing and that can reduce its size and quality quite a bit.

Now that you have the photobucket pic / album upload,
1. select the pic you want -
2. copy it -
3 paste it directly into the thread you are viewing.

You will have to have 2 browsers active at the same time to do this: your CO profile; and your photobucket. Just keep going back and forth between browser tabs to copy and paste what you want.

If you want to post an entire album, clik it's URL and upload it as a link to your site. Looking forward to your pics.

you done did itthe only prob I had was when I first started I was trying to post more than the five and then had to wait till it said they were uploaded though it doesn't take long with roadrunner

 

Now that you have the attachemnt you can copy the link to the attachment and use it to post the larger pic like this:
