442 VIN & Body Tag Doesn’t Match?

442 VIN & Body Tag Doesn’t Match?
Found a ‘68 “442” and it appears the VIN and body tag aren’t reflective of a complete 442. Is it possible to have a Cutlass S body tag with a 442 VIN? I attached the photos.

Yes, this is normal for 68-69 cars, and is documented in the chassis service manuals for these cars
