New guy in the crowd

Hey everybody, just joined the forum recently and thought I'd start here before starting a build thread. I recently bought a 1970 442 post car off my dad that's been in the family since before I was born. It was parked initially because my parents needed a more practical vehicle to haul baby me around. It's finally time to get it back on the road. Needs a lot of work but luckily I got nothing but time, and a father whose a body man doesn't hurt. Looking forward to the process

Welcome.

I have to say, I had no problems using my 70 W-30 to haul my son around in.

Welcome to the group... Good luck with your project... Just a side note, used one of my 442's as a daily driver for several years while raising a family... As long as there was room for four, we were good to go... When we got to be a family of six some changes did have to be made... Thanks goodness for Custom Cruisers...
